What is in the spa

The spa is on the ground floor of the hotel. You enter through a changing room with lockers and showers, and from there go on to the sauna, the steam room and the salt room. A heated bench runs along the corridor, for resting between sessions.

Next to them are treatment rooms and a relaxation area with loungers. Towels and bathrobes are on the shelves by the entrance.

Each works in its own way, and they can be combined in one session.

Sauna

Dry heat, wooden benches on two levels and warm light behind the backrests. A shorter stay is recommended, followed by a break and a shower.

Moist heat and steam, at a lower temperature than the sauna. The room is tiled in mosaic, with a bench along the wall.

A rock-salt wall, soft lighting and a lounger. The room is quiet and unheated, so it is also used after the sauna.

A long bench along the wall, tiled and gently heated. It is for resting between the sauna and the shower, without humidity or high temperatures.
